Simple potato wedges that require no frying. Top it off with some Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes to make this a manly side dish. Enjoy these Peppery Parmesan Potato Wedges.

  • 5 Russet Potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Steak Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3 - 4 Tbsp Olive Oil (enough to coat all wedges)


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Wash and dry potatoes
  3. Cut into wedges and place in large bowl
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, steak seasoning, Parmesan, bread crumbs,  and red pepper flakes
  5. Toss to coat
  6. Place wedges onto baking sheet
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown
